academic and ethical integrity of its publications, categorically rejecting any form of
plagiarism or misappropriation of ideas.

Plagiarism means the presentation of ideas, texts, data, images or results of others as
their own, without due recognition of the original source. It includes both literal copy and
paraphrase without proper reference.

3. Scope of application
This policy applies to all manuscripts, articles, reviews, essays and materials submitted
to the journal, as well as content published in its digital and physical editions.

4. Guiding principles
The journal is governed by the principles of intellectual honesty, transparency in
research and respect for copyright, ensuring that each publication complies with
international ethical standards.

5. Detection procedures
All manuscripts received will be reviewed using similarity detection tools and editorial
analysis. The committee will evaluate the results to determine whether there is partial or
full plagiarism.

6. Responsibilities of the authors
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work, correctly citing the
sources used and declaring any conflict of interest that may compromise academic
integrity.

7. Consequences of plagiarism
If plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected immediately. If the plagiarism is
discovered in an article already published, it will be officially retracted and notified to the
relevant institutions.

8. Editorial transparency
The journal will communicate in a clear and public manner the decisions related to
cases of plagiarism, maintaining transparency in its processes and protecting the
credibility of the publication.
